Ø28mm | 2000 x 1000 M800 DG + Tool Set

The M700 is made from S355JR steel (700 HV), the M800 from higher-alloyed S690QL steel (800 HV). Both tables receive the same nitriding hours; the steel grade determines the result. The M800 is harder and more dimensionally stable under heavy load.

EG (single hole) has one hole per 100×100 mm grid cell. DG (double hole) has diagonal holes relative to the EG pattern, providing 60% more clamping options. You can see the difference directly in the 3D model.

Yes. The Ø28mm grid is fully bidirectionally compatible: DCT clamping tools fit Siegmund and Demmeler tables, and their accessories fit DCT tables. You can continue using your existing tooling.

Some other brands apply an additional oxide layer after nitriding, giving a dark colour. DCT tables are gas-nitrided without any additional coating: the hardness is in the steel itself, up to 1 mm deep. The lighter colour is not a sign of less treatment.

Available from 1000x1000 mm to 3000x2000 mm, in EG and DG configuration, in M700 and M800. Custom sizes are available on request.
