The largest standard size in the Ø28mm system, for anyone who wants to clamp entire frames, machine beds, trailers or gates square and flat in one go. With a 3000 × 1500 mm work surface and six height-adjustable legs, you build large structures without shifting or repositioning. CNC-milled from solid S690QL high-performance steel and gas-nitrided to 800 HV surface hardness. Gas nitriding is not a coating: nitrogen penetrates deep into the steel and hardens the surface layer from within. The grid does not wear away or flake off, even under heavy, repeated clamping. Fully compatible with the Ø28mm system from Siegmund and Demmeler. Your existing clamping tools fit directly onto this table, and vice versa. Choose EG (one hole per 100×100 mm grid cell) or DG (diagonal holes, 60% more clamping options) below and configure the table with or without legs. You see your choice directly in the 3D model.

About the welding table
Our Ø28mm welding tables are made from S690QL high-alloy steel, gas-nitrided to 800 HV surface hardness. This results in an extremely hard and wear-resistant surface that lasts for years.
EG (single hole) has one hole per 100×100 mm grid cell. DG (double hole) has diagonal holes relative to the EG pattern, providing 60% more clamping options. You can see the difference directly in the 3D model.
Yes. The Ø28mm grid is fully bidirectionally compatible: DCT clamping tools fit Siegmund and Demmeler tables, and their accessories fit DCT tables. You can continue using your existing tooling.
Some other brands apply an additional oxide layer after nitriding, giving a dark colour. DCT tables are gas-nitrided without any additional coating: the hardness is in the steel itself, up to 1 mm deep. The lighter colour is not a sign of less treatment.
Available from 1000x1000 mm to 3000x2000 mm, in EG and DG configuration. All Ø28mm tables are M800 (S690QL, 800 HV). Custom sizes are available on request.
Tables in stock are typically dispatched within 1 business day. In the Netherlands we deliver with our own transport, often within 24 hours. To the rest of Europe, orders are typically in transit within 1–2 business days.
