For welding work in the food, pharma, and chemical industry, where stainless steel is mandatory and material transfer or contamination of the workpiece is not an option. CNC-milled from solid 304 stainless steel. No surface treatment required: stainless steel is naturally corrosion-resistant and withstands cleaning agents, disinfection, and acidic environments. The table can be cleaned immediately after use without damaging the surface. Ideal for building machines, frames, and components used in hygienic production environments. Also suitable when a nitrided steel table poses too much risk of iron contamination on the workpiece. Built on the Ø28 mm system, DG grid at 100 mm center-to-center spacing. Compatible with standard Ø28 mm clamping tooling. Size: 2400 x 1200 mm. Available with or without legs. Limited stock.

Frequently asked questions
About the welding table
Our Ø28mm welding tables are made from S690QL high-alloy steel, gas-nitrided to 800 HV surface hardness. This results in an extremely hard and wear-resistant surface that lasts for years.
EG (single hole) has one hole per 100×100 mm grid cell. DG (double hole) has diagonal holes relative to the EG pattern, providing 60% more clamping options. You can see the difference directly in the 3D model.
Yes. The Ø28mm grid is fully bidirectionally compatible: DCT clamping tools fit Siegmund and Demmeler tables, and their accessories fit DCT tables. You can continue using your existing tooling.
Some other brands apply an additional oxide layer after nitriding, giving a dark colour. DCT tables are gas-nitrided without any additional coating: the hardness is in the steel itself, up to 1 mm deep. The lighter colour is not a sign of less treatment.
Available from 1000x1000 mm to 3000x2000 mm, in EG and DG configuration. All Ø28mm tables are M800 (S690QL, 800 HV). Custom sizes are available on request.
Tables in stock are typically dispatched within 1 business day. In the Netherlands we deliver with our own transport, often within 24 hours. To the rest of Europe, orders are typically in transit within 1–2 business days.
