Professional 3D welding table from the Ø16mm system. Suitable for engineers and welders who work with smaller parts, finer tooling or more compact fixturing requirements. CNC-milled from solid S355JR steel and gas-nitrided to a surface hardness of 700 HV. Gas nitriding is not a coating: nitrogen penetrates deep into the steel and hardens the layer from within. The result does not wear away and leaves no residue. The Ø16mm grid gives you an accurate positioning pattern at 50 mm centre-to-centre, for precise and repeatable fixturing. Compatible with standard Ø16mm clamping tools, stops and clamping bolts. Available in one size: 3000 × 1500 × 150 mm (model M700). Supplied with or without legs.

Frequently asked questions
About the welding table
Our Ø28mm welding tables are made from high-grade S690QL steel, gas-nitrided to 800 HV surface hardness. This results in an extremely hard and wear-resistant surface that lasts for years.
EG (single hole) has one hole per 100×100 mm grid cell. DG (double hole) has diagonal holes relative to the EG pattern, providing 60% more clamping options. You can see the difference directly in the 3D model.
Yes. The Ø28mm grid works in both directions: DCT clamping tools fit Siegmund and Demmeler tables, and their accessories fit DCT tables. The only exception: clamping bolts are not interchangeable between DCT and Demmeler. You can continue using your existing tooling.
Some other brands apply an additional oxide layer after nitriding, giving a dark colour. DCT tables are gas-nitrided without any additional coating: the hardness is in the steel itself, up to 1 mm deep. The lighter colour is not a sign of less treatment.
Available from 1000x1000 mm to 3000x2000 mm, in EG and DG configuration. All Ø28mm tables are M800 (S690QL, 800 HV). Custom sizes are available on request.
