CNC-milled from solid steel and gas-nitrided to 700 or 800 HV. Gas nitriding hardens the steel from within: the result does not wear away, cannot flake off, and leaves no residue. Fully compatible with the Ø28 mm system from Siegmund and Demmeler.
Choose between EG grid (one hole per position) or DG grid (two holes, up to 60% more clamping options). M700 is made from S355JR structural steel (700 HV). M800 from S690QL high-performance steel (800 HV), harder and more dimensionally stable under heavy use. The 3D model updates live in the configurator.
